1. Eligibility for Returns

The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. The Return Process

request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your
package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to
your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund.

6. Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
